What is Tax Procedure?

If Prize money will above Rs. 10,000 then income tax at prevailing rate would be deduct and credited into govt account. If anybody wins the prize money above Rs. 10,00 then 30% of income tax will be deducted. Similarly, for the agents prize money 10% will be deducted.
